Following a winter break, we are back open for business as of June 4th! In addition to our award-winning BBQ featuring house-smoked brisket, pork ribs, pulled pork, chicken, sausage, and sides, the team at Salvage spent some time over the winter developing a few new offerings, including an expanded sandwich menu (smoked bacon BLT, BBQ sausage, smoked turkey), BBQ combo plates, and fresh salads. We will also be serving up homemade ice cream from partner restaurant Black Cow and will have table service for the first time in their expansive dining room across from the new Maine Medical Center entrance. Says our Chef/Owner Jay Villani: “We are really looking forward to providing the neighborhood with some great new options, whether it’s people coming for BBQ after a ballgame, takeout orders from Maine Med, or our friends and neighbors stopping by for a beer.”
